Being Fearless

You’ve probably noticed by now that I don’t publish as frequently as I used to on Missmisschelle. Although I had spent many hours per day writing draft after draft, these posts never ended up being released. So, there are at least five lengthy pieces that nobody will ever get the chance to read by Missmisschelle. This is due to a recent developed blogger's fear of mine - the fear that my posts weren't good or interesting enough to read. Trying to run away from both disapproval and negativity, I ended up pulling myself away from the publishing any new blog content.

My Winter Must-Haves

After experiencing Seattle’s beyond freezing weather back in December 2016, I’m curious to see just how much colder NYC will feel. For those of you who haven’t seen my updated Instagram bio, I recently booked my NYC ticket from February 8-15 to attend New York Fashion Week! Again, I will be traveling with my hard-working travel buddies Sharon and Jillian. And of course, I will be paying a visit to my good friend Fiona, a NYC-based fashion blogger who frequently inspires me to capture the most creative of Instagram shots. But in order to prepare for this incoming NYC trip, I have prepare myself for the cold weather ahead! Family Time at The Riviera Palm Springs

Although the month of December was a busy month booked with non-stop traveling and sightseeing, I couldn’t be more grateful to call this world my office. After all, I get an adrenaline rush whenever I pencil in a new destination into my planner. By being able to blog from any city in the world while making a positive impact on people’s lives, it makes doing what I love worth every single second of my life.

Seattle Travel Diary

One of the best feelings ever is knowing that your friends will do anything to chase their dream careers. I've never met such hard-working and motivated creatives in the blogging industry until I traveled with Jillian and Sharon for the very first time in Seattle this past December. Being constantly surrounded by their positive energy and go-getter attitudes, I felt comfortable knowing that these women made me feel at home, even when not at home. Looking back on this trip, I've gained so much respect and admiration for these two girl bosses and I just know that we are going to kick ass in 2017. Life Lessons I've Learned in 2016

In just a few hours, the end of this year will become the beginning of a new one. Even when New Year's Eve is supposed to be a day of relaxing, eating, and partying, I'm here on my desktop typing away because I wanted to take the time to reflect upon everything that has happened within the last 366 days (leap year). 2016 has been quite an emotional roller coaster. After all, there was just so much I have learned and accomplished, whilst facing many challenges along the way. Before the year comes to a close, I wanted to sum up a few honest thoughts on what I've learned as a 24-year old woman.
