Because of Instagram, I am truly thankful for the opportunity to befriend such passionate, ambitious, and hard-working individuals who share the same interests as I do. One of these individuals include the kind-hearted and bubbly Eva, otherwise known as @simplyevahxo on Instagram. Eva literally started blogging just a couple months back and has published so many blog posts in such a short amount of time - her work ethic is seriously off the charts! Seeing Eva's burning passion, dedication, and time commitment for blogging within these last few months has seriously inspired me to push myself further, work harder, and explore California more. So to Eva, I sincerely thank you for being such a supportive blogger friend that I know I can always talk to, be my true self around, and share future collaboration ideas with. In this blog post, I have summed up a few realizations that I have learned the hard way as an aspiring lifestyle blogger.
Read MoreThroughout my entire journey of lifestyle blogging, there are times where I have felt super inspired and other times when I have lacked motivation to post anything at all. Truthfully, there will always be your good days as well as your bad ones. However, I've noticed that it is easier to stay inspired, driven, and optimistic when you have people you look up to. Personally, having role models to follow actually helps me stay positive, as their hard work and efforts persuades me to work just as hard as them. Also, I follow people who don't take the easy route through life, but actually work their asses off to be where they are today. Thus, I am always on the lookout for new accounts that inspire me in any way possible, whether it be from the most impressive food layouts to picturesque travel scenery photos. It has touched my heart that a few of you have told me that I've inspired you in some way and I wanted to let you all know that I seriously wouldn't be here without you. Both my role models and my audience (that's you guys!) push me to produce creative content and I couldn't be any more happier doing what I love. So for today's post, I've listed a few well-known social media influencers who have inspired me in someway, somehow and I'd love for you all to take a look at their pages in hopes that they inspire you as well.

Isn't it ironic how the roadblock that stops one the most is sometimes our very own self? After acknowledging my fears in a healthy manner by talking it out with friends, I've come to the realization that it's totally acceptable and normal to admit that you have fears. From there, the most important thing that you can do for yourself is to not let your fears get in the way of living your life to your fullest potential.
Read MoreSince the beginning of 2016, I've reflected a lot on myself as an individual - from the goals I've accomplished in 2015 to what steps I could take to become a better version of myself this year. I couldn't be more grateful for all of the amazing friends I've met so far and all of the support I've received from loved ones. However, one natural course of life that I still have yet to get used to is the fact that friendships come and go. Typically, I like to cherish and nurture the friendships that I make, but not everybody thinks similarly (people lose interest, people move away, etc.). For today's blog post, I wanted to get a little personal with you all on the subject of friendships and how I've finally learned to be happy with the right crowd.
