My Favorite Fall Jacket + Synergy Clothing BFF Giveaway

Fall is the perfect time to stock up on layers - cozy knit sweaters, long trenchcoats, and classic hoodie jackets make their way into every woman's wardrobe, including mine. Yes, it still hits 90 degree weather in Orange County, but this is definitely a look I would wear when wind and and cold take over the night. Today, I'm collaborating with Synergy Clothing to bring you guys a casual fall look.

Since it still hits 90 degree weather in Orange County, I don't really feel the need to wear a huge trenchcoat or jacket on the daily. However, I do bring outerwear pieces with me whenever I'm attending an event or going out to dinner just in case the AC is cranked up. It's better to be safe than sorry, am I right? This Mulberry Jacket in Black by Synergy Clothing serves as the ideal classic outerwear piece to match any outfit, no matter how casual, business casual, or semi-formal. For this elegant look, I grabbed dinner with blogger babe Jillian at The Wharf and thought it'd be fun to play a little dress-up. By color-coordinating my classic jacket to match my leather cut-out IPPO shoes, I thought it add an extra edgy chic factor to the entire look.

If any of you guys recall my previous Instagram photos, I actually own this SAME exact jacket style in a pretty lavender color. When I own one piece in multiple colors, you already know that I LOVE it - and this jacket passes the test! This specific jacket style is the perfect piece to layer on a chilly day and carries a little more edge than your average zip-up jacket. I've received a LOT of compliments on my previous purple jacket so I just knew that this Mulberry style was a winner in my wardrobe. And do you know what's a funny story behind this purple jacket? My older sister, Tiffany, loved it so much that she wanted to buy her very own Mulberry jacket! And on top of that, my other older sister, Sharon, admired my purple jacket so much that she even asked me where I bought it from. Maybe the Sun sisters have a strong affinity for Synergy Clothing jackets, heh.
