Casual Fall Look + De Blossom Giveaway

Did summer break fly by at a lightning speed or is it just me?! But seriously, I cannot believe that it's already August! For some, this may mean going back to high school, college, or grad school. In today's blog post, I wanted to share with you guys this comfortable and casual chic look that you can wear from school or work to dinner just in time for the incoming fall season. And of course, I cannot forget a sweet little giveaway for you guys - just keep on reading to find out what you could win! ;)

Whenever I go to Southern California, I always visit one of my favorite stores called Irene's Story. They carry the CUTEST selection of clothes and you know how much your girl loves bohemian pieces! In a way, Irene's Story kind of reminds me of a mixture of Free People and Urban Outfitters, but for a more inexpensive price. You can find your basic tops, long cardigans, rompers, and more at Irene's Story and I always end up bringing 10+ pieces to the dressing room with me to try, hah. I purchased this mustard yellow top for approximately $20 and I actually got it 40% off! These days, I'm trying my best to mix up my wardrobe so that I don't own repetitive pieces and this top is definitely something I didn't have in my closet. Comfortable, cute, and on sale? I'm sold.

As for my jeans, I received them courtesy of YMI Jeans. I absolutely love the dark wash color that they came in and I feel that they will become my go-to pair of jeans for the fall. Lastly, I felt that my purse and matching chunky heels completed this entire look. I received this gorgeous purse as a birthday present from my friend, Lauren, and it's currently my everyday purse due to its neutral color and convenient size. I adore the colorblock details and I feel that they pop out more than a chunky heel that consists of solely one color.

If you're walking a lot throughout the day, I suggest pairing this entire outfit with a comfortable pair of black or nude flats. Once you're grabbing dinner with friends, swap those flats out for these colorblock babies and you'll definitely be turning heads down the street ;)
